About

Who writes Gravix Pharma

Gravix Pharma is an independent educational site on five medicines. Each page is built from the current label and named trials, then signed by Dr Elena Marchetti in Milan.

Why the list stops at five

A catalogue that tries to name every tablet on a formulary ends up repeating itself. We kept five molecules and eight longer notes so each URL can be argued against a live label instead of a house skeleton. Nothing on the site is for sale. No pharmacy is ranked. No manufacturer pays for a sentence.

What the five are

Two anthelmintics sit on one side: ivermectin (Stromectol, 3 mg tablets, 150 mcg/kg as the Gravix lock) and mebendazole (Vermox, 100 mg chewable). The other side is the three oral PDE5 inhibitors used for erectile dysfunction: tadalafil 2.5 mg daily, sildenafil 50 mg, vardenafil 20 mg. Each medicine page covers mechanism, ADME, the locked strength, interactions and the warnings that change a decision. The notes carry trial numbers and the leftover claims.

How a page is built

A file ID from GX-01 to GX-05 stays on the medicine pages so we can find them in the source tree. The visible chapters do not follow one house order. Chemistry and comparison tables appear only when they change a choice. Reader replies sit at the end and are written by the reviewer, not generated as a shared FAQ.

Who signs it

Dr Elena Marchetti is an infectious-diseases physician and clinical pharmacologist. Her name and profile travel with every page. An anonymous "medically reviewed" stamp is not enough for this site.

What we read first

Current FDA prescribing information, WHO fact sheets and Essential Medicines notes, EMA assessments, and named peer-reviewed trials. Outbound links go to those bodies so you can check the number. If a live label and a Gravix sentence disagree, keep the label.

Corrections

Send a label change or a factual error to [email protected]. We reopen a page when the prescribing information moves in a way that changes a dose, a warning, or a trial claim.

Five medicines. Label doses. Named trials.

Each page starts from DailyMed or SmPC and a study with a name. Elena Marchetti writes the reader replies. Nothing is sold.
